Charles Blatz

Video Producer

Charles attended the Supreme Court case, Kelo v. New London in 2005.  As a Theatre major at Manhattanville College, he focused his thesis on mandated social realism in the Czech Republic prior to the Velvet Revolution, which helped him appreciate economics, freedom of expression, and the importance of institutions.

Following graduation, Charles co-wrote and starred in Hungry People, The Musical, an off Broadway performance that explored homelessness in New York City, and the unintended consequences of government intervention.  In 2013, Charles began working as a video producer and editor for the Mercatus Center and Marginal Revolution University.

On weekends, he enjoys DIY projects, applying for provisional patents with his friends, producing virtual reality content, and singing karaoke.
