Jason Ross

Senior Director of Faculty Relations

Jason is the Senior Director for Faculty Relations. Prior to his work at IHS, he was active in the field of history and civic education, serving as Senior Director of the Ashbrook Center at Ashland University, and as Vice President of Education Programs at the Bill of Rights Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in political theory from Georgetown University and a Masters in Public Policy from Pepperdine University. During his time in graduate school, he was a participant in a number of Institute for Humane Studies programs. His published work includes a chapter in Teaching America: The Case for Civic Education (Rowman Littlefield, 2011) and reviews and essays in The Review of Politics, The Journal of Religion and Society, and The University Bookman.

He lives in Falls Church, Virginia and enjoys all of the sites of historic interest that Washington DC has to offer.
