Institutions and Entrepreneurship

Overview

Connect with other scholars to share insights about the impact that formal and informal institutions have on entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial activity and how entrepreneurship can influence those institutions. This casual networking forum will commence with a research presentation from David Audretsch, Distinguished Professor and Ameritech Chair of Economic Development at Indiana University.

Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to engage with other researchers working on similar issues and further hone their own ideas. Please come prepared to discuss your current research and share ideas for future academic research or public-facing work, such as op-eds.

This event takes place on November 7, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, and will be hosted via Zoom. If you have research interests in this area, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
