Overview
Connect with other scholars to share insights about the regulation of emerging and disruptive technologies. These technologies bring risks but also the possibility of significant benefits to economic growth, the pace of innovation, and the quality of our lives. Regulating in this area presents novel problems, and if executed poorly can prevent us from realizing their benefits.
This program will begin with two short presentations. Following the presentations, participants will join breakout rooms and have the opportunity to engage with other researchers working on similar issues and further hone their own ideas. Please come prepared to discuss your current research and share ideas for future academic research or public-facing work, such as op-eds.
This event takes place on November 29, from 4:30 to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, and will be hosted via Zoom.
