As you know, the best ideas are made better when they are tested and challenged. That is why we still need places where the fearless joy of discovery lives and a community for thinkers to connect and grow together.

As an IHS alum, you know how important having such a community and connecting with freedom-minded peers and mentors can be. You know that in order for the best ideas to escape echo chambers and make a mark in the real world, faculty and students need access to resources and support from other truth-seekers who have a shared love for intellectual exploration and discovery.

That’s why the next generation of academics and today’s masterful teachers need your help.

We are launching a suite of new programs to ensure that professors can bring the ideas of classical liberalism to their students and scholars have the support and community they need. Just as you benefited from IHS programs and funding in the past, you can ensure that others like you have a community, the support, and the resources to boldly seek truth and inspire students with the ideas that made human freedom and flourishing possible.

Here is the timeline for our application process:

  1. Apply for a position 
  2. An HR team member will review your application submission  
  3. If selected for consideration, you will speak with a recruiter 
  4. If your experience and skills match the role, you will interview with the hiring manager
  5. If you are a potential fit for the position, you will interview with additional staff members
  6. If you are the candidate chosen, we will extend a job offer
