
Brian Fitzpatrick
Brian T. Fitzpatrick is the Milton R. Underwood Chair in Free Enterprise and professor of law at Vanderbilt Law School. He is best known for his research extolling the virtues of privatized enforcement of the law, including The Conservative Case for Class Actions (University of Chicago Press), as well as his seminars on textualism and originalism. He graduated first in his class from Harvard Law School and served as a law clerk to US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
