Elif Demiral is an assistant professor in the College of Business and Technology at East Tennessee State University. She is a behavioral scientist with research interests in gender, behavioral decision making, and quantitative and experimental methods, and has published over a dozen research articles in leading academic journals. She received her PhD in economics from George Mason University in 2020 and was a research fellow at Harvard Kennedy School from 2020 to 2022.
