
Garrett Potts
Garrett W. Potts is an assistant professor of religious studies at the University of South Florida, where he researches and teaches at the intersection of ethics, business, and human flourishing. His research examines the meaning of work and vocation, virtue and leadership, and moral injury in healthcare and organizational life. He is an executive educator at Eckerd College’s Leadership Development Institute and the author of Work as a Calling (Routledge, 2022). He also collaborates with the Yale Center for Faith and Culture’s Life Worth Living program.
