Help us advance the principles and practice of freedom, and build a meaningful career through a position at IHS.
We recognize that applying for jobs is time-consuming, and you took the time to seek out IHS. We want to be transparent about our hiring process and the status of your application. Below are a few guidelines to help you successfully navigate our hiring process.
How do I apply?
Employment opportunities at IHS are listed below. Please submit an application through our online application process. You don’t need “the perfect resume” to capture our attention, but do take the time to let us know why you’d like to work for IHS, and why you are applying to this specific role.
I’ve submitted an application, what next? How long until I hear back?
A real live person on our team will review your application and update you on the status of your application within two weeks of submission. During high-volume recruiting or unexpected circumstances, it may take us a bit longer.
If your application looks promising, a member of our team will contact you for an introductory interview, most likely a phone interview. Most roles at IHS require at least one on-site interview, and possibly more if there’s mutual interest.
After final interviews, we will conduct a reference check and background verification, and present you with an offer if you’re selected as the best candidate for the role.
I didn’t get the job, but I really want to work for IHS. What should I do next?
We make an effort to update you on your status, regardless of the outcome. And we are constantly growing, which means new opportunities arise frequently. Please check back for new opportunities or send an application to the “future candidate” listing below to be on our email list when future roles open up.
