Seth Oranburg
Seth C. Oranburg is a legal scholar dedicated to understanding how law can better support innovation and economic opportunity. Currently a professor of law at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, Seth explores themes of regulatory democratization, contract theory, and the evolution of financial technology. His work, including A History of Financial Technology, analyzes the impact of digital transformation on corporate governance and startup financing. Seth also directs the Program on Organizations, Business, and Markets at NYU School of Law and is an active voice on issues of academic freedom and free speech.
